My name is Bill Ainslie, I have been doing bookkeeping for small businesses for the past 13 years.

My Company name is:
Accounting & Income Taxes by Bill

I am a member in good standing of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

Why do you need a Bookkeeper?

Small businesses and the self employed rarely devote enough time to the record keeping needed to comply with the tax codes and for good reason, they are too busy making a living.

The lack of attention to the company records usually means no financial statements. Which means the owner of the company is flying blind. He doesn't really know if he is making money and it makes it very difficult to spot a problem area before it becomes an overwhelming catastrophe.

Financial statements presented in a timely fashion are a businesses best tool to facilitate future growth. By analyzing both good and bad trends a small business owner can manage growth intelligently.

I'm self employed, I understand the needs of the small business. I give quality service at reasonable rates. If my services sound like what you need, contact me right away. I'm here to help you.

Thank you for your time,
Bill Ainslie
